How to change status on Whatsapp for android

Run Whatsapp and make sure you are in chat page > Press Menu(on the phone) > Press Status

      go to the chat history screen, long press the recent used app key on phone, you will get all the options

    Hold the tab button( thats the 3rd icon with the double squares) when ur in whatsapp, there u get options. that's the menu.

      set/change status message - open WhatsApp > press [Menu Button] > tap Status view status messages - displayed in WhatsApp contact list
