Turn off vibration during screen unlocking in Samsung Galaxy Ace

Settings > Location and security > Untick the "Use tactile feedback"

    If you are using the Samsung Galaxy Ace (Single sim ) with andriod 2.2 then follow below steps:
    1) Open settings
    2)enter Location and security
    3)uncheck the Use tactile feedback option

    your problem will be solved
